Guadalest (full name: El Castell de Guadalest) is a little mountainous town located in the province of Alicante, Spain. Despite its small size Guadalest is a picturesque town, making it an ideal day-trip for people staying at the Costa Blanca, and a good starting point for those interested in the countryside.

Remains of La Alcozaiba, the old city wall loom high over the narrow streets, with the Bell Tower, resting on its very own rock nearby.
